LIGHTING PLAN

      

Yellow lamp light used when Agent Khan climbs the stairs and knocks on Ahmed Kais’s door. White torch light used as Agent steps inside the unlit apartment. Dim white light used when Agent locates the switchboard of the apartment. White torches used as ISI agents aim torches at a dazed Agent Khan.

MISE EN SCENE

 

 

The Mise en scene of my clip will consist of furniture covered in white cloths to show a crime scene. A large mahogany dining table will be used to show all the materials the conspirator is using to make a bomb and the materials he is using to frame Agent Khan.

CHARACTER PROFILES (SKETCH, OUTLINE)

Agent Khan is a young girl of about 22. She is of medium height with straight ebony black hair, dark eyes and wheatish complexion. She is an ISI senior agent who is being framed by her current handler, Ahmed Kais.

Ahmed Kais is a sadist who had orchestrated several mass killings throughout Karachi and planned on one final one but could not risk his identity being known. The only safe option was to point an accusing finger. The perfect fit was Agent Khan who was under his wing. Ahmed Kais is her handler.

SCREENPLAY (SCRIPT, SCENARIO)

Screenplay

Agent Khan rings the bell then knocks on the flat’s door.

Agent Khan: “Mr Ahmed! It’s the police! Open the door!”

Notices the grill door is unlocked.  Opens it. Knocks one last time.

Agent Khan: “Ahmed Kais! Open the door!”

Takes out gun and opens the main door.

Officers standing around the Agent.

ISI Officer 1: “Agent Khan! Wake up!”

ISI Officer 2: “Get the power back on, Mustufa!”

Agent Khan wakes up and sees people standing around her in a tightly knit circle with torches aimed at her. She reaches for her weapon.

ISI Officer 1 & 2: “Drop your weapon! And put your hands behind your head!”

Agent Khan submits to the command.

ISI Officer 1: “Agent Khan, you are arrested and will subsequently be charged for treason, mass murder and plotting to escape. You are consequently stripped of your rank.”

 

Film Concept

Film Concept (idea, thought, notion)

The film concept of my 2 minute sequence is that Agent Khan, an innocent agent wrongfully framed of being a terrorist seeks to find the original culprit behind fatal bombing and her defamation. In the process of which she is arrested by the ISI as being guilty of treason.
